Payment Details:      

  1. Payment should be made in the form of Demand Draft (DD) in favor of “C. Abdul Hakeem College of Engineering and Technology, Melvisharam” payable at Melvisharam.     
  2. Download the Conference Registration Form and Send the Scanned copy of the DD together with filled-in registration form to the email Id: ais3@cahcet.edu.in
  3. The participant’s name and AIS3 Reg. Number to be mentioned behind the DD and sent to the following postal address.  
  4. The Fee does not cover accommodation Costs, other meals, pick-ups and airport transfer.

  • For UG/PG students, a Certificate will be provided for all the authors (max of 4 authors)

Cancellation & Refund Policy: 

  • If you are unable to attend the conference we welcome substitute delegates (another author) attending in your place at no extra cost provided that we have at least 2 weeks prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full. 
  • Cancellations made  less than 30 days prior to the conference will not be eligible for any refund. The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be totally borne by the participants
