We look forward to tailoring a sponsorship package to highlight your company, product or service.  Our partners can opt for the role of either a Lead or a Part Sponsor of the event. The Packages of every category  and the benefits of each sponsor are as follows

 

Become our Sponsor

PLATINUM SPONSOR

  1. Conference Admission: The sponsor will have the right for THREE full conference registrations including the Book of Proceedings and participation at the official symposium banquet. Reduced sponsor registration available for additional attendees.
  2. Exhibition Stall: Space at poster exhibition hall.
  3. Main Banner: Logo and Name on the Conference main banner in Stage.
  4. Proceedings: Logo and name on the Front Cover page of the proceedings.
  5. Webpage: Logo and name on the Conference webpage as Platinum sponsor.
  6. Conference Kit: Logo and name in Conference Kit.
  7. Marketing Material: Logo and name in marketing materials.
  8. Event Signage: Logo and name on event signage at different places at the conference area.
  9. Badge: Logo and name on back side of the badge.
  10. Own banner: The sponsor will have a reserved space for an own banner in the venue as official sponsor at three different places. Size and location will be determined.
  11. Email Advertisement: Your company logo sent out in all mailers as Platinum sponsor.
  12. Company Promotion Item: Three company-provided promotion items in each tote-bag.                                                                                              
  13. Presentation: 5 minutes of time-slot during lunch break and Tea Break at the conference hall to showcase company video and highlight relevant products.
  14. Opening and closing ceremony: The sponsor will be mentioned at the opening and closing ceremony.

 DIAMOND SPONSOR

  1. Conference Admission: The sponsor will have the right for TWO full conference registrations including the Book of Proceedings and participation at the official symposium banquet. Reduced sponsor registration available for additional attendees.
  2. Exhibition Stall: Space at poster exhibition hall.
  3. Main Banner: Logo and Name on the Conference Main banner in Stage.
  4. Proceedings: Logo and name on the proceedings Back Cover.
  5. Webpage: Logo and name on the Conference webpage as DIAMOND sponsor.
  6. Conference Kit: Logo and name in Conference Kit.
  7. Marketing Material: Logo and name in marketing materials.
  8. Own banner: The sponsor will have a reserved space for an own banner in the venue as official sponsor at two place of the conference site. Size and location will be determined.
  9. Email Advertisement: Your company logo sent out in all mailers as DIAMOND sponsor.
  10. Opening and closing ceremony: The sponsor will be mentioned at the opening and closing ceremony
